Where the data goes
HubSpot (EU data centre) holds contact records and form entries. Founding 100 application data is held in a Supabase database in London, United Kingdom, covered by an EU adequacy decision, and mirrored to HubSpot. Vercel hosts this site and provides cookieless web analytics. These providers process data only to run their service for INU LAB. Data is not sold and identifiable records are not shared with third parties for their own use.
How long
If you do not become a member, we delete or anonymise your data within 12 months of your last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you become a member, the service privacy notice you receive then explains retention for the nutrition record, orders and required business records. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@inu-lab.com. You can also complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données in Luxembourg, the Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit in Belgium, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or the authority where you live.
Changes
We update this notice when the company is registered or when systems change. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
